What is the issue here?  What is the big deal?  Do we not have more important pressing issues to look at?  A toilet is a toilet is a toilet.  We don't need a male and female WC.  

In West Hollywood, California it is a LAW that in commercial establishments there is "gender-free" bathrooms.  

Is this not America where everyone has Freedom of Choice?!
